ClauseLens may process account details, contact information, support messages, device data, usage diagnostics, and payment-status signals needed to operate the service.

If you upload or paste contract material, that content may include personal data, confidential business information, signatures, payment terms, or other sensitive commercial details.

Analysis is performed with the assistance of the subprocessors listed in Section 6. Outputs generated by the app are intended to support your understanding and review, not to provide legal advice or representation.

• Account and contact data: for the duration of the account + 30 days after deletion request
• Contract uploads and generated analyses: 12 months from last use, or earlier if deleted by you
• Support messages: 24 months from last contact
• Technical logs and diagnostics: 90 days on a rolling basis
• Payment records: as required by applicable tax and financial laws (typically up to 5 years)

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data processed, including encrypted transmission, least-privilege access controls, separation of production and development environments, and incident monitoring.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should avoid uploading material you are not authorized to disclose and may request file deletion at any time by contacting our support.

Our subprocessors are primarily based in Estados Unidos (Anthropic PBC, Firebase/Google LLC, Google Analytics). If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries. We implement appropriate safeguards, including data processing agreements with each subprocessor.
